Before we embark on a joint professional journey, we want to first make sure that you will strive throughout our program. An appropriate assessment comprising a basic language and logic test as well as a writing essay will help us and the candidate highlight fundamental abilities, talent, and interests and their potential match to our program and career. Upon successful completion of the written tests, you will be invited to a personal interview, engaging in conversation that will allow us to get a closer glimpse into your personality and at the same time offer you a deeper look into our program.

You will receive an admission email confirming that you have convinced us of your potential to excel in our recruitment program. Following this, we will invite you to our office to address any remaining questions before signing a participation contract. This contract, which you will sign with WBS Training AG, our parent company in Germany, establishes a long-term commitment to your professional goals in Germany. The language course transitions to a live virtual classroom taught by native speakers. This intentional change is meant to acquaint you with the German professional and cultural landscape gradually, with a focus on student-centered learning and to get you ready for the B1 Goethe or TELC certificate exam.
A minimum of a B1 Certificate is a key requirement for the visa application at the Embassy as well as for the placement with a German employer or a vocational training school. We register and prepare you for the Goethe Institute exam in Kigali.

Courses: First, consider what you would like to study in Germany, as this will determine which of our three preparatory courses you should attend.
· Our M-course is designed for all subjects in the medical field, such as medicine, nursing, biology, or pharmacy.
· Our T-course prepares you for studies in engineering, natural sciences, and computer science, including coding.
· Finally, the W-course facilitates your studies in economics, business, and social studies.
The courses start twice a year, in March and September, and last for 10 months, including the final exam. If you are undecided about your field of study, we can help you identify interesting subjects.
German Language: If you have not yet learned German, you can book a German language course at our local office or an online course at our language school. To further improve your language skills, you can attend the B1/B2 language course at the Studienkolleg with the same teachers who will instruct you during your preparatory courses.
