Application
We make it easy for you to apply providing you a CV-template to simply fill in the essential data we need, as well as guidelines for an effective motivational letter you send along side basic supporting documents such as diplomas and certificates. Based on these first and simple step, you will get from us rapid and clear statement on whether it is worthwhile investing further your time and energy into the process or simply stop there
Assessment Center
Before we embark on a joint professional journey, we want to first make sure that you will strive throughout our program. An appropriate assessment comprising a basic language and logic test as well as a writing essay will help us and the candidate highlight fundamental abilities, talent, and interests and their potential match to our program and career. Upon successful completion of the written tests, you will be invited to a personal interview, engaging in conversation that will allow us to get a closer glimpse into your personality and at the same time offer you a deeper look into our program.
Admission (Contract & Deposit)
You will receive an admission email confirming that you have convinced us of your potential to excel in our recruitment program. Following this, we will invite you to our office to address any remaining questions before signing a participation contract. This contract, which you will sign with WBS Training AG, our parent company in Germany, establishes a long-term commitment to your professional goals in Germany. It goes beyond language learning and includes relocation services, onboarding in Germany, and detailed pricing and payment terms.
As part of the admission process, a deposit for the first installment of the program cost is required.
As first part of the program, you will be enrolled in an in-person small-group German language course (levels A1 and A2) at our Kigali (Kiyovu) office. Choose between morning or evening sessions, each held Monday to Friday for 4 hours. You will be welcomed with a complimentary tea, creating a supportive and productive environment for engaging with motivated, like-minded peers. Our professional and experienced German teachers will guide your learning journey, supplemented by a digital platform from WBS language school in Germany for independent study.“
On-site Language Course up to A2
Completing A1 and A2 successfully marks a turning point in your language learning process. The WBS language school in Germany will then take over and guide you through the B1/B2 level. The language course transitions to a live virtual classroom taught by native speakers. This intentional change is meant to acquaint you with the German professional and cultural landscape gradually, with a focus on student-centered learning and to get you ready for the B1 Goethe or TELC certificate exam.
A minimum of a B1 Certificate is a key requirement for the visa application at the Embassy as well as for the placement with a German employer or a vocational training school. We register and prepare you for the Goethe Institute exam in Kigali.
B1–B2 Hybrid Language Course
Goethe/TELC Exam
