We build on the excellent cooperation between Germany and Rwanda.
Both Germany and Rwanda prioritise education and vocational training as drivers of economic growth and youth employment. A strong bilateral collaboration has developed over the years, focusing on building a qualified workforce in Rwanda. Today, many young professionals are exploring work opportunities in Germany.

We tap into the recent reform of the Immigration Act
Meanwhile, Germany’s Skilled Immigration Act, effective March 1, 2024, makes it easier for skilled workers – who are in high demand – to enter the German labour market. However, to fully benefit from the new rules, applicants need German proficiency and assistance with the immigration process, and this is where the WBS Group comes in.

    · Since 2021, three programs have enrolled about 100 young people.
    · This has led us to establish a subsidiary to provide closer and personalised support to young people as they embark on their first careers in Germany.
    · WBS Training Rwanda Limited was incorporated in February 2024.
    · At WBS Training Rwanda Ltd., we see ourselves as a bridge between Rwanda and Germany.
